Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. These terms apply to every proposal, order and service from Cikret IT. Your proposal or Fiverr order confirms the specific scope and price.

1. Scope of services

Cikret IT provides marketing services for home-service companies: the Free Lead Leak Audit, the 7-Day Google Maps Lead Sprint, the Local Lead Engine, Call-First Websites, Google Ads and Local Services Ads management, and related add-ons. The deliverables, timeline and price for your engagement are set out in your written proposal or Fiverr order. Anything not listed there is out of scope unless agreed in writing.

2. Proposals and payment

  • Prices are shown publicly on this site and match our Fiverr Gigs. Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Google and is never included in our fees.
  • Payment is made through Fiverr’s protected checkout, or by direct invoice where available. Your proposal confirms the option.
  • Website projects are paid by milestone; copy is approved before we build.
  • The Local Lead Engine has a 90-day first term, billed monthly, then continues month to month.
  • A Sprint fee counts toward the first Engine month if you start the Engine within 30 days.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Grant manager-level access to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads or website where the service requires it. We never ask for your passwords and never create accounts in our own name for you.
  • Provide accurate business information, including services, service areas, hours and any licence numbers your state requires in advertising. You confirm the licence number we display.
  • Approve drafts within 5 business days and send our review request after completed jobs where a service includes a review routine.
  • Ensure you have the right to use any photos, videos, logos or claims you supply.

4. No guarantees of rankings or leads

Google decides rankings and says you cannot pay for a better local ranking. We do not guarantee any ranking position, number of leads, calls or revenue. Results vary by market, competition, budget and the client’s own actions. We will never write, buy or incentivise reviews, add keywords to your business name, or use a virtual-office address.

5. Baseline promise and fix windows

  • Sprint fix window: if Google rejects or reverts a change we made within 30 days of delivery, we redo it free.
  • Website launch window: launch bugs are fixed free for 14 days.
  • Ads: tracking is test-fired before launch.
  • 90-day baseline promise (Local Lead Engine): where offered in your proposal, if your Google calls and website leads are not above your starting baseline by day 90, and you have sent our review request after completed jobs and approved content within 5 business days, we keep working at no monthly fee until they are, for up to 60 days. The baseline is recorded from your own Google Business Profile and website data before work starts.

6. Ownership of accounts and deliverables

You own every account we touch and every deliverable we produce for you once it is paid for: your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website, content, reviews, reports and files. We work with access you can remove at any time.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your business data, account access and performance numbers confidential. We publish results, screenshots or quotes only with your written permission, and we never edit a testimonial to add claims.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions Google or other platforms make about your accounts (including verification, suspension or ad approval), or for results that depend on your market or your own actions.

9. Termination and notice

One-time projects end on delivery. The Local Lead Engine can be cancelled after the 90-day first term with 30 days’ written notice. Either party may end an engagement immediately for a serious breach of these terms, including any request for fake reviews or guideline violations. On termination you keep every account and deliverable already paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Cikret IT is based, unless your written proposal states otherwise. Orders placed through Fiverr are also subject to Fiverr’s Terms of Service.
