1. Who we are and how to contact us

Cikret IT (“we”, “us”) is based at Purbo Sahebpara, Sanarpar, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. We help US roofing, HVAC, plumbing and other home-service companies get more calls from Google. For anything in this policy, email admin@cikretit.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Form fields: business name, website or Google Maps link, trade, city and state, your name, email, mobile number (optional), your biggest challenge, what you need, budget range, timeline and any message you add.
Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and notes from scheduled video calls.
Client work: if you hire us, the access you grant to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads or website, and the photos, documents and approvals you send.

Information collected automatically

Analytics: pages viewed, referring source and campaign parameters (UTM tags), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and events such as button clicks and form steps, via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 once configured.
Session data: Microsoft Clarity may record how visitors interact with pages (scrolling, clicks, heatmaps). Clarity masks form input by default.
Cookies and browser storage: analytics cookies set by the tools above, and short-lived browser storage we use to remember campaign parameters during your visit and to prevent duplicate form submissions.

3. Why we use it

To prepare and deliver the Free Lead Leak Audit you requested and reply to your enquiry.
To qualify enquiries (trade, location, budget and timeline) so we focus time where we can help.
To deliver paid services, report results against your baseline and communicate about your account.
To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, and to improve the website.
To meet legal obligations and protect against misuse of the site.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send text messages unless you ask us to. If you request an audit we send one follow-up; if you don’t reply, we stop.

Analytics providers: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console) and Microsoft (Clarity).
Email and messaging tools we use to reply to you and deliver your audit.
AI-assisted drafting tools we use internally to prepare research and first drafts; a person reviews every output before it is used, and we do not use your data to train public models.
Fiverr, if you choose to order and pay through Fiverr’s protected checkout; Fiverr’s own privacy policy applies to that transaction.
Authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and audit records are kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour follow-up limits and answer later questions. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

6. Your choices and rights

Ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Opt out of follow-up emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us.
Block or clear analytics cookies in your browser; the site works without them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics tags are not loaded.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email admin@cikretit.com.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers. We never ask for your passwords: client access is granted through manager permissions you can remove at any time. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
