What happens when
You request the free audit with your business name and city—no access needed. Within 2 business days you watch your 3 biggest leaks recorded on your real listing. If you want to talk, you pick a 20-minute slot; if not, you reply by email. Nothing is paid until you say yes to a written plan with the price on it.
Day 0 you grant Manager access and we record your baseline. Days 1–2: competitor benchmark and fix list; you approve your description and services. Days 2–6: fixes, posts, review kit and citations. Day 7: before/after report and a walkthrough video. Day 30: fix-window check and your first comparison against the baseline.
Month 1 includes the full Sprint, then your first content pack is approved by day 12. Every month after: profile posts and updates, reply drafts for new reviews, 8 videos, 8 posts and 4 profile posts from your crew’s footage, directory upkeep, and a report plus 30-minute call on the same numbers as your baseline. Quarterly, a conversion review of your website.
How we communicate
How reporting works
Before we change anything we record calls, website clicks, direction requests, form leads and reviews from your own Google Business Profile performance data and website tracking. The Day-30 report and every report after compares the same numbers, then names the next leak we’ll fix. Numbers in reports come from your own accounts.
Access and ownership
You add us as a manager to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads or website. You can remove that access at any time. We never ask for your passwords, and we never create accounts in our own name for you.
